A one of a kind hand forged bowie knife. Forged from one solid piece of steel taken from a reclaimed leaf spring. The hardened and tempered blade has been hand sharpened and electro-etched with the naked tree maker's mark. The handle has been wrapped in a split leather strap. Coin for scale.
Includes a vegetable tanned leather sheath, dyed brown.
I'm the maker of all the knives in my shop, not an importer or retailer. I have been forging knives since 2017. My knives are made and listed individually, so you can buy with confidence knowing you will get exactly the item shown. The knives I sell are carbon steel, not stainless. If they have extended exposure to moisture they will rust. Knives should be kept oiled and stored in a dry place. Do not store knives in a leather sheath.
All sizes in the listing titles are approximate overall lengths. For a more detailed overall length, and the blade length, see the individual listing description. If measurements aren't listed (I.E. an item made in batches, with multiple items under one heading) feel free to message me.
Sheaths are only included with knives when specified in the listing. If a sheath is not mentioned, no sheath is included.

Arrived super fast and the knife itself is great. Steel passes all my tests and is very sharp out of the box. Great job Naked Tree!

What an amazing bowie knife for the price! I've always wanted a large knife forged from a truck's 5150 leaf spring. This thing is ground much more professionally and precisely than I expected. Perfect primary and secondary bevels for a real thin cutting edge on 1/4in stock that exudes the same if not more durability than a cold steel trailmaster. It's both simple and quite perfect for the price asked. I think you will be happy ordering from this seller.

This knife has the right stuff. It has balance, good looks and will probably do anything a knife has to do. Not to mention that it shaved hair off my arm right out of the package. Colby is good. I will probably order another.
